Спасёт ли Великобританию её «спецэлита»!? Комментарий политолога Виталия Колпашникова!

В Великобритании идут процессы, очень напоминающие распад политической системы. Новое правительство уже бьёт антирекорды популярности и съезд лейбористов, который должен был бы являться «съездом победителей», по факту превратился в съезд «кривых, косых и убогих». Новое правительство, недавно триумфально победившее на выборах, стало ещё более ненавидимым, чем ушедшее, всего несколько недель спустя.

А говорит это о том, что политическая система больше не предоставляет никакого реального выбора и реальных вариантов. А ведь она на этом основана – на вариативности. Пусть и номинальной. Но не настолько. В итоге доверие к институтам (а, значит, их легитимность) буквально рушится. И, теоретически, это может сулить, как минимум, крах нынешней политической системы, а, как максимум, крах государственности (к чему всё может прийти с высокой долей вероятности, учитывая этническое замещение населения). Всё так. Но не совсем.

Необходимо понимать вот что. У Великобритании есть жёсткий стержень. А точнее – ядро. И это даже не та самая англосаксонская элита. Это нечто даже в глубине её. То, что можно было бы назвать «спецэлитой». Колоссальный британский спецслужбистский ресурс, берущий начала со времён королевы Елизаветы I. Той самой, при которой жил Уильям Шекспир (тоже, по слухам, имевший отношение к данному явлению). Эта элита, развивавшаяся веками, имеющая свою закрытую специсторию, собственное образование (домашнее и закрытое), собственные параллельные структуры власти, собственный горизонт планирования (измеряющийся веками, о чём нашим элитам пока приходится только мечтать) и, главное, свой взгляд на будущее. Который, сам по себе – очень отдельный разговор. По большому счёту, именно с ней мы сейчас и воюем.

Так вот, в Британии сейчас существует это самое скрытое ядро (тёмное, бесчеловечное, но вполне жизнеспособное) и периферия (спятившая и поражённая вирусом смерти и распада). И это ещё совершенно не факт, кто кого.

Если что: нам лучше болеть за периферию.
