Киев цел вместе с президентским дворцом, административными зданиями, СБУ и т.д. Такая полумерная гибридная война… Хорошо это или плохо, оценок сейчас не дает, а просто констатируем этот факт. Так что приготовьтесь — мы будем долго рассказывать о войне.
