За прошедшие годы забылось, что постепенная чистка российской элиты и государственного аппарата началась уже весьма давно – в середине нулевых. Начинался процесс с низовых звеньев и шел неторопливо и аккуратно. Тем не менее, уже десять лет назад был послан внятный сигнал всем парламентским партиям — закрыть политический карьерный лифт (в первую очередь, в виде депутатства всех возможных уровней) для бизнеса, особенно такого, чье происхождение и чистота вызывает вопросы. Не секрет, что в тот период «покупка» депутатского мандата в определенных деловых кругах воспринималась как необходимый элемент статуса – ну и полезная защита от внимания правоохранительных органов.
Сработало это не сразу, но сработало. Сейчас присутствие представителей бизнеса, тем более сомнительного происхождения, в депутатском корпусе и исполнительной власти сократилось радикально – за исключением представителей как раз ЛДПР, где по сей день активно применяются политические практики двадцатилетней давности.
Так что среди многих аспектов дела Фургала (а подобные дела никогда не бывают прямолинейно-одноплановыми) явно есть и этот – откровенный намек-рекомендация Владимиру Жириновскому пересмотреть свои методики подбора кадров, как в партийный список на будущих думских выборах, так и в целом.
